Our Dulse Jerky is made from hand harvested Palmaria palmata along the Dorset coastline. The pack includes 10g of wild harvested Dulse. It is a protein rich vegan substitute for bacon (honestly). It's rich smokey saltiness gives it a bacon-like taste when fried.
Dulse is rich in calcium, potassium and iron as well as being a source of vitamin B12. It can be a great way for vegans & vegetarians to include more Vitamin B12 into their diet. Eating Dulse can also improve eyesight due to the naturally occurring beta-carotene.

Can be eaten raw from the pouch as a moreish snack, or cooked. We like to either fry the Dulse Jerky in a little oil, or bake them as they come without any oil. Whichever you prefer. Dulse can also be added to soups, breads, stir fries and stews for extra nutrition.
